All Sorted is a personal organisation tool, not a licensed financial advisor. The estimated tax refund calculations, ATO rate calculations and AI Assistant responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax or legal advice.
Always consult a registered tax agent or financial advisor for advice specific to your situation. ATO rates and tax brackets are subject to change — always verify with the ATO website.
The AI Assistant feature is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. Do not rely solely on AI responses for financial decisions. The AI has access to a summary of your app data to provide personalised responses — see our Privacy Policy for details.
While we take measures to protect your data, we recommend keeping your own records of important financial information. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from technical failures or circumstances outside our control.
Documents stored in the app are saved locally on your device and may be lost if you reinstall the app or change devices.
We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times. We may update, suspend or discontinue the app at any time. We will try to provide notice of significant changes where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any financial decisions made based on information provided by the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
