All Sorted ("the app") is operated by Roxanne Alterio, Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use the All Sorted app.

By using All Sorted, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This is used to identify you and provide access to your data.

Financial and Personal Data
The app allows you to store bills, expenses, income, tax deductions, gift cards, discount codes, notes and reminders. All of this information is entered by you and stored securely on your account.

Location Data
When you use the Drive trip tracker, the app accesses your device's GPS location. Location is only accessed while the app is open and only when you actively start a trip. We do not track your location in the background.

Device Information
We may collect basic device information such as device type and operating system version for the purpose of improving app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the All Sorted app
• Save and sync your data across sessions
• Send you bill due date notifications you have opted into
• Improve the app experience over time

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third Party Services

Supabase
Your account and app data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. View Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

Anthropic Claude API
The AI Assistant feature is powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. When you send a message to the AI Assistant, it is processed by Anthropic's API along with a summary of your financial data to provide personalised responses. View Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

Apple
The app is distributed via the Apple App Store and uses Apple's notification infrastructure for bill reminders. View Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/privacy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase's secure cloud servers. We use industry standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level security to ensure only you can access your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email address below and we will action your request within 7 business days.

6. Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app will send you reminders about upcoming bill due dates. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings or within the app under Settings → Notifications.

7. Children's Privacy

All Sorted is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time
